Participatory Sustainability Strategies Scopa helps groups to identify their sustainability goals and determine attainable paths to achieve their vision. Starting by identifying a community’s strengths and needs through assessing the local social networks, present and underutilized leaders and untapped resources, Scopa Group then applies these strengths and pulls in needed resources to develop a successful implementation plan and strategy.
Network-Building, Sustainability and Leadership Training Scopa Group develops sustainability, leadership and consensus building skills to ensure the strength of a group’s internal team as well as create a strong vibrant network of groups working to achieve common goals. Scopa provides training seminars and one-on-one coaching in Community Organizing, Networking, Visioning, Business Planning and Green Marketing to further strengthen a community’s human base.
Implementation and monitoring of sustainability plans Scopa Group works with clients beyond the planning phase to ensure their continued access to cutting-edge resources and to help hone skills necessary to achieve their goals.
